Presentation of Miriam Lexmann: The world have learned hard lessons from China and should accept some sacrifices to maintain democratic values

Ms. Miriam Lexmann, MEP, co-chair of Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China, was the lead speaker of the Democratic Alliance on Digital Governance Conference, July 1, 2020, organized by the Boston Global Forum.

She criticized the China regime abusing a market with a big population to create unfair regulations towards companies and partner countries. She alerted that China is a threat to peace and security, and that the government undermines democratic value.
